Motorists who owe the Pennsylvania Turnpike back tolls and fees have several hours to pay up or risk having their registrations suspended. A partial toll amnesty program ends at 7 p.m. this evening. The turnpike commission says over 10 thousand violators owe more than $17 million.

The Edella Road Bridge in South Abington Township will reopen at 10:30 this morning. The bridge in that part of Lackawanna County has been closed for repairs since April. The bridge spans I 81 and lies between Willowbrook Road and Fox Run Circle.
