PA Car Seat Law Official Tomorrow

August 11, 2017 - 7:59 am

Just a reminder, the grace period is almost over. Beginning Saturday (8/12) , changes in the PA Car Seat Law will mean fines if they are not in place.  It was one year ago the regulations, including requiring all children under the age of two or until they reach the height and weight limits of the car seat, to be in a rear facing child passenger restraint system. The fine for violators will be $125.00. PA is now one of 8 states to require the rear facing seats.
