More details released about CNN Town Hall with Joe Biden in Lackawanna County Thursday

Event will conform to COVID-19 regulations and attendees chosen by network

Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden will be in Scranton on Thursday. We now know no public tickets will be made available for the event. Biden will be taking part in a live CNN Town Hall hosted by Anderson Cooper. The network will be selecting those who will be invited and will keep the number of those involved to no more than the state mandated 250 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Those attending will remain at their vehicles including to ask questions. The event is being held in a parking lot outside PNC Field in Moosic and will be aired on CNN at 8pm.
