After months of shutdown, businesses breathe new life in NEPA

Residents of Lackawanna and Susquehanna Counties entered the green phase of reopening at 12:01am. Changes will be taking place and officials are still reminding you of the COVID19 safety protocols which are still in place. City facilities in Scranton reopen to the public on Monday.including City Hall, the Department of Public Works and Fire Stations. Restaurants will be opening to indoor dining at 50% capacity and hair salons and barbershops will be open by appointment only. The Viewmont Mall opens today for the first time since March. Montage Mountain Waterpark in Moosic opens today to help stay cool these summer days.
