Expansion Plans for Keystone Landfill Get a Boo from Residents After a Boost from Council

A 4-3 vote by Dunmore Boro Council last night gave the proposal to expand the Keystone Landfill another boost. The vote means the Keystone Sanitary Landfill is not a structure therefore it does not have to adhere to height restrictions. Numerous residents spoke out against the ordinance before the vote.
