A popular summer favorite, the Wilkes-Barre Farmers' Market opens this morning on Public Square in Downtown Wilkes-Barre.  The Farmers' Market continues every Thursday from 10 AM to 4 PM through November 19th.  Vendors will be required to wear face masks. As the market is outdoors, masks are recommended, but if social distancing is not possible, a mask is required. The Farmers Market will feature produce only and there will be no food or craft vendors at this time. The mayor says that might change in the coming weeks depending on the situation.
