Man Sought in Hazleton Incident

On November 14, 2018, at approximately 1215PM, in the area of Laurel Street and Broad Street, a male victim met with a male later identified as Travis Flanagan to discuss the sale and transfer of vehicle titles.

At the scene while discussing the matter, the male victim was physically assaulted by Flanagan at the location. Two female family members of the male victim attempted to intervene to stop the assault and were pushed to the ground by Flanagan and he then entered a White GMC Acadia and began to flee the scene hitting the two female victims and a City of Hazleton Parking Agent.
The two females, male victim and male parking agent were removed to LVHH for their injuries, which are not life threatening.

Charges are being drafted by Officer A. Jadush for Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, Reckless Driving and Careless Driving.

This is an ongoing investigation and a warrant will be issued for Flanagan. Anyone with information on Travis Flanagan’s whereabouts are asked to call 911 or the Hazleton Police Department at 570-459-4940.
