Investigation into Fatal Shooting in Plymouth Township Continues

An autopsy will be conducted later today on the man investigators say allegedly attempted to drown a Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission Officer yesterday. The unidentified officer was on a routine patrol along the Susquehanna River in Plymouth Township, when he came across 37 year old Sean Bohinski. According to officials the two struggled, the Nanticoke man striking the officer with a rock and then tried to drown him. The officer was able to fire off a shot to stop the man and then call for emergency assitance. Bohinski was pronounced dead at the scene. The officer taken for treatment.
