Cathedral of Saint Peter in Scranton Undergoing Renovations

In conjunction with the 150th anniversary of the Diocese of Scranton, some interior work is being done at the Cathedral of Saint Peter in Scranton. This includes lighting updating and installation of handicapped enhancements. The work will begins today and will continue through early fall.  During this period, the Cathedral will be closed. The daily and weekend Masses that are held in the Cathedral will be celebrated in the auditorium of the Diocesan Pastoral Center, the former Bishop Hannan High School building across the street at 330 Wyoming Avenue.
